Don't let the batteries in your PalmOs PDA run out.
I did; I lost EVERYTHING. I had it backed up, sync everynight.
BUT, I have never had to restore from backup before.
Lesson learned: a backup is only as good as your restore.

Here is a cool linux website: Window Managers for X There is lots of good info here about ALL the different windows managers and environments for linux. I used this site to decide which of the lighter weight window managers would run the fastest on my PIII 450 laptop.
After trying all the different flux/open/hacked/blackboxes, and icewm, I finally decided on XFCE3. VERY FAST. See screenshot on the left.

Oldest daughter, age 5 1/2 , has chicken pox. Should be a mild case since she has been immunized. Eight month old daughter will be another story though.
Still waiting for neverwinter nights. Wait , wait, wait.
One thing I have learned from my 6 plus years of linux use is patience.

Posted new screen shot. RedHat 8.0 is rock solid! I love it. Hands down the best linux I have ever used. Wife and kids are going out of town this weekend; time alone with the computer :-)
